I'm having trouble sending the lifeposter file. What can I do?

I'm having trouble sending the lifeposter file. What can I do?
Just choose "order poster" from the menu, but you don't need to pay again.
It will render the images, but when you get to the screen for ordering the poster, push the "skip" button instead.
We have a special mailbox that should be big enough, if you wish to email the file to us:

My poster upload was incomplete. What does this mean?
We really appreciate your order! Unfortunately, due to conditions beyond our control, sometimes files
do not upload completely. We get most of the image, some parts are missing. :(
If this happens, we will email you asking you to please upload again. We'll get your poster printed and shipped as soon as we receive the file!

Can I upload a file if I have slow internet service?
It is likely you will experience problems if your internet service is slow.
Here are some directions for uploading that may help:
Because the images are stored in a lossless format to preserve the quality of the photos, the resulting posters are quite large.
The file that gets uploaded to the server is a zip file and should have the filename of the order number (or your name) plus .zip.
So if your order number is 10069 then you will see a file named 10069.zip in the MyLifePosterMaker folder.
That is the file you can email to us or send on a CD.
Here are some suggestions you might try:
1. Upload after midnight or before 7:00 am
2. Put the file on a CD and mail to us:

Does Great Mind have FTP access for uploading posters?
Yes! You may FTP the file to us:
ftp.greatmindmedia.com/incoming
Use anonymous login.
(Name the file with your name or order number so we can identify it. If there is a question, we will double check to make sure it is the right file.)
